Returns & Refunds Policy

At Oupa’s Blessings, we want you to feel peace in your heart and with your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it better.


30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number or email confirmation is perfect)


How to Start a Return

Please email us at support@oupasblessings.com to start the return process.
Once approved, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Easy instructions for sending it back

Please note: Items sent back without requesting a return first won’t be accepted.

Damages & Issues

We lovingly pack each order, but if something arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Or if you receive the wrong item

Please email us immediately after receiving your package so we can make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different item?
The fastest way is to:

  1. Request a return

  2. Once approved, make a separate purchase for the new item


🇪🇺 European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, and no explanation is needed.

As with all returns:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.
If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • It may take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card to reflect the refund

If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@oupasblessings.com.
